Psydesigner (Founder)
Mission 🚀
As a Psydesigner, you will be at the heart of our AI’'s personality. Your mission is to blend deep knowledge of human psychology with technical implementation to create a more human-like AI. You will translate what we know about human cognition, development, individual and group behavior, and cognitive functions (memory, language, learning) into code.
You will be responsible for how our AIs act and interact, deciding which human cognitive biases to replicate (or not). You will monitor the latest research, news, and competitor activities to inform our strategy and help formulate the key issues in the chatbot application market. You will also be our expert on user well-being, addressing the psychological challenges of AI interaction and writing articles to raise awareness of these issues. This role focuses on the substance of the AI’s mind, as opposed to the egoteller who shapes its external form (interface, voice, appearance).
Requirements ✅
- Advanced degree or strong background in Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in programming and software development (e.g., Python, or other relevant languages).
- Deep understanding of human psychological functioning, including individual, developmental, and social psychology.
- Knowledge of cognitive functions (memory, language, learning, etc.) and cognitive biases.
- Ability to translate complex psychological concepts into technical specifications and code.
- Excellent analytical skills to monitor and interpret research, news, and market trends.
- Strong writing skills for creating public-facing articles and internal strategic documents.
- Ability to define and lead the strategy for user well-being in the context of AI.
- English proficiency is required. 🇬🇧
Bonus Points ✨
- Experience in the field of Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Familiarity with chatbot development and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Previous work in a role combining technology and psychology.
A Note on Compensation
Please note that this is a “founder” role. We are looking for passionate individuals who want to be part of the core team and help build this project from the ground up. As such, this position is currently unpaid. We are seeking co-founders who are driven by the desire to create something impactful and use this project as a concrete opportunity to demonstrate and expand their skills in their field.
